thanks man it works , what did i do to solve the verification failed problem :
1- Copy the file appdata.i3d in the extracted game data, and overwrite the file in the folder sdcard/android/data/com.konami.pes2012/
2- download the (main.1000005.com.konami.pes2012.obb) file http://adf.ly/EOzNA
3- move the data file (main.1000005.com.konami.pes2012.obb) to Sdcard/Android/Obb/com.konami.pes2012/

Whew! Almost gave up on this especially after downloading the .obb file and it still wont open but i tried one of Mr Lam's instructions in the comment...and now i'm happy :D. This is how i installed it on my samsung galaxy note2. 
1)Install the apk
2)Extract the data and put the file (com.konami.pes2012) to Android/
data
3)Run the game for the 1st time and then click on exit
4)Copy the .obb file (main.1000005.com.konami.pes2012.obb http://adf.ly/EOzNA) to Android/obb/com.konami.pes2012/
5)Copy the file appdata.i3d in the extracted game data, and
overwrite the file in the folder sdcard/android/data/
com.konami.pes2012/
6)Open the game and it installs!
